This website promotes The Mil, a residential development at 37–43 Old Northern Road, Baulkham Hills NSW. It is operated on behalf of the developer of The Mil and its appointed selling agent, Manor Real Estate ("we", "us", "our").

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide:

  • your full name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address; and
  • anything you include in your message.

We also collect personal information you give us directly by phone or email. You can choose not to provide your details, but we may then be unable to respond to your enquiry.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each visit. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you view a page.

3. Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments;
  • provide you with information about The Mil, including pricing, availability and floor plans;
  • keep you updated about the development and similar properties, unless you ask us not to; and
  • keep records of enquiries and meet our legal obligations.

Your enquiry is sent to the selling agent, Manor Real Estate. We may also share your information with:

  • the developer of The Mil and its project marketing team;
